Kamaka Hawaii was established in 1916 in the Territory of Hawaii and is a family-owned and operated business. Kamaka is the granddaddy of ukuleles in Hawaii. Their heritage of ukulele making is preserved by second and third generation Hawaiian luthiers and craftsmen at their Kakaako factory in Honolulu.
Kamaka Hawaii manufacters 9 different models of ukuleles including the standard, standard pineapple, concert, tenor 4 string, tenor 6-string, tenor 8-string, baritone, standard delux and concert bell shaped deluxe.
Hilo Guitars is a dealer of Kamaka Hawaii ukuleles and carries a selection of their ukuleles in their Hilo Store.
